The connection isn't working

• Make sure you are signed in to your RoleRamp account when the consent screen appears.
• If the connection was approved a long time ago, try disconnecting and reconnecting (see below) so a fresh connection is created.
• Check that your RoleRamp account has not been suspended or deleted.
• If a specific request fails, ask the assistant to try again; some actions depend on you having enough RoleRamp credits, which the assistant should tell you about.

How to disconnect (OAuth)

• Sign in to RoleRamp, go to Settings > Connected AI apps, and choose Disconnect next to the app. Access is revoked immediately and you can reconnect at any time.
• You can also remove the connection from the AI assistant's own connector or connected-apps settings.

Disconnecting does not delete your RoleRamp account or any of its data.

Deleting your account

You can delete your RoleRamp account and its data at any time. Sign in to RoleRamp, go to Settings, and choose the option to delete your account. This removes your account and its data according to the retention schedule described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account also removes any connected AI assistant's access to it.
